Love your neck, your throat, your shoulders. 

Love your chest, your arms, your hands, love each of your fingers. 

Love your stomach. Love your back. Love your hips. 

Love your sexual parts. 

Love your legs. Love your feet. Love each of your toes.


Love your mind. Love all your thoughts. Love all your positive thoughts. Love all your negative thoughts.
